The camp office is glad to help.
- The code email didn't come. Give it a minute, then check Spam, Junk or Promotions.
The code is also in the email's subject line. Tap Resend only once: each new code replaces the last one.
- Forgot your password. On the sign-in page, type your email and tap
Forgot password?. The link works for one hour; use the newest email.
- New phone, or can't open your email. Use one of your recovery codes on the code screen.
No codes? Email or call the office below and we can reset two-step sign-in.
- Sign in with Google doesn't work. Inside Facebook, Messenger or Instagram, open the page in
Safari or Chrome (tap the menu, then Open in browser), or sign in with your email and password. Signed up with Google
and never set a password? Use Forgot password? to set one.
Registration
How do I pay for camp? Can I pay online?
Super Summer doesn't take payments on our website. You pay directly to the church you're registered with, and each church collects on its own timeline. Your youth pastor can walk you through your church's specific process.
How much does camp cost?
Current fees are listed on the Super Summer homepage. After you log in, your Billing Summary shows exactly what each person on your account has been billed and paid.
Is there a cancellation fee?
Yes, and it increases as camp gets closer. When you start a cancellation, the site shows you the exact fee that applies before you confirm.
If my roommate cancels, what happens to me?
Small groups are assigned based on housing, so a roommate change can affect those groupings. Let your youth pastor know and the office will help with the appropriate adjustments.

A name is wrong, or I signed up the wrong person. How do I fix it?
Let your youth pastor know. They can work with the Super Summer office team to correct the mistake.
How do medications work at camp?
Bring any prescription medications clearly labeled, and let your youth pastor know about them ahead of time. For prescription medications, your student and youth pastor must bring those to the Super Summer office when you arrive at camp. Your student's medication will be administered by our camp nurse or medical team. Before camp is over, remind your student to pick up his or her medication from the office.
Are meals provided, and can you handle food allergies?
Meals are provided at camp. If your camper has a food allergy, let your youth pastor know so the office and kitchen are aware.
I left something at camp. How do I check lost and found?
Let your youth pastor contact the office with a description and where you stayed, as soon as possible. Dorms are cleaned shortly after camp, so reach out as quickly as possible.
