Super Summer doesn't take payments on our website. You pay directly to the church you're registered with, and each church collects on its own timeline. Your youth pastor can walk you through your church's specific process.

Current fees are listed on the Super Summer homepage. After you log in, your Billing Summary shows exactly what each person on your account has been billed and paid.

Yes, and it increases as camp gets closer. When you start a cancellation, the site shows you the exact fee that applies before you confirm.

Small groups are assigned based on housing, so a roommate change can affect those groupings. Let your youth pastor know and the office will help with the appropriate adjustments.

Bring any prescription medications clearly labeled, and let your youth pastor know about them ahead of time. For prescription medications, your student and youth pastor must bring those to the Super Summer office when you arrive at camp. Your student's medication will be administered by our camp nurse or medical team. Before camp is over, remind your student to pick up his or her medication from the office.

Meals are provided at camp. If your camper has a food allergy, let your youth pastor know so the office and kitchen are aware.

Let your youth pastor contact the office with a description and where you stayed, as soon as possible. Dorms are cleaned shortly after camp, so reach out as quickly as possible.
