2027 Registration

1. Churches reserve spots October 1 at 9:00 AM - November 30 at 11:59 PM

   Youth pastors ask the office to hold a block of spots for their students.
2. Churches sign up their students October 1 at 9:00 AM - January 31 at 11:59 PM

   A church with approved spots can register students before open registration, and must confirm or release whatever it has not used by the end of this window.
3. Open registration February 1 at 9:00 AM - March 31 at 11:59 PM

   Public registration is available.
4. Late registration April 1 - May 22 at 11:59 PM

   Late public registration is available.
5. Cancellation

   • JV Combo, SS Combo April 1 - May 22 at 11:59 PM
   • JV Classic, SS Classic March 1 - May 22 at 11:59 PM

   Cancel within this window and a cancellation fee applies. After it, no refunds.
6. Camp

   • JV Combo, SS Combo June 17 - 21
   • JV Classic June 26 - 29
   • SS Classic June 29 - July 3

JV is for just-completed 6th-8th grades. Senior High is for just-completed 9th-12th grades.
