Camp Announcements

Quick reference info for adults on campus.

Super Summer Office

The Super Summer Office is located in Evans Student Center. Click for a JV campus map or a SS campus map. When entering Evans from the main steps, turn right. The Office is across from Chick-Fil-A.

  • Hours: 7:30am - 12:00am (Midnight)
  • After-Hours/Big Church Worship: The office is closed, but available by call or text.
Contact the Office
Please include your name and phone number in any message.

You may call or text the Office at 870-266-6242 or email information@supersummerarkansas.com.

Text Groups

We use a text messaging service to reach adults on campus quickly in case of an emergency or severe weather.

Leaving Campus
  • Adults: If you're leaving campus but staying in Arkadelphia, you do not need to let the Office know. If you're leaving Arkadelphia, please contact the office to let us know.
  • Students: If a student is leaving campus for any reason, the student must be checked out in the Office. If a parent is coming to check out the student from camp, the student, parent, and adult leader must be present. We will request a photo ID from the parent or adult picking up the student.
Maintenance / Key Issues
  • Click here to submit a maintenance request. Please be specific with as many details as possible (i.e. specify which bathroom, bedroom, etc.).
  • AC Issues: Dorm ACs will likely not fully keep up, especially on the upper floors. Do not lower the thermostat below 65 degrees, otherwise it will likely freeze and stop working completely. If you encounter issues, please open a maintenance request and be specific with what is not working (i.e. fan not blowing, not cooling, etc.).
  • Emergencies: If you have an emergency (i.e. water where it shouldn't be), call the Super Summer Office. Plungers are in dorm lobbies. After use, please rinse and return to the lobby.
  • Keys: In Gosser/Tollett, the door handle does not move. Turn the key ALL THE WAY toward the door frame and push the door with the key turned. The door will lock automatically.
  • Swipe Cards: Swipe cards can be damaged. If the swipe stripe on the back doesn't look like it should work, it probably doesn't. Bring it to the Office and we can swap the card for you.
  • Lost Swipe Card / Keys: OBU charges $25/each for any lost swipe and/or key card.
  • Please note: OBU does not inform Super Summer when maintenance requests are complete.
WiFi

WiFi is available for Adult use across campus. Click here for the WiFi passwords. Each hall has a different WiFi ID and password. We ask that adults NOT share WiFi passwords with students.

Super Summer App

Click here to download our app.

Within the app, you'll be able to find multiple helpful resources:

  • Church Meeting Locations - If the door is locked when you get there, call the Super Summer Office at 870-266-6242 for assistance.
  • Campus map
  • Seating charts for Big Church (changes each evening)
  • Maintenance requests
Sickness and Emergencies
  • If a camper needs to go to the hospital emergency room, please take them immediately. However, the Super Summer Office must be notified and proper insurance paperwork must be filled out and returned to the office.
  • Sick campers may not stay in the dorm by themselves. You may stay in the dorm with them, or they can stay near the Super Summer Office. Nurses are available in the Super Summer Office, on the rec field during recreation, and in JPAC during Big Church worship.
First Aid

A nurse is staying on campus and will be on call for emergencies. A first aid station is set up in the Super Summer Office and on the recreation field during rec. In case of emergency, contact the closest staff person. If you need a nurse while in Jones Performing Arts Center (JPAC), please go to the JPAC lobby and look for a leadership team member.
